DEADLINES: Reservation & payment is due by 5 p.m. the 12th of the month preceding publication. You must also call by this date to cancel an ad. Ads may be pulled without notice for failure to pay or past due amounts. We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover in person or over the phone.
Submitted ads must be PDF files that are press ready using ONLY process colors (CMYK)* or 100% black. Files can be sent as e-mail attachments, on CD/DVD or uploaded to an FTP site. Check with us for FTP instructions or use a free upload service such as YouSendIt.
*Files using RGB photos or colors or Pantone colors are NOT acceptable for newspaper publication.
MS PUBLISHER, MS WORD OR PRINTSHOP FILES are NOT acceptable for newsprint publication.
If you don't understand any of the above statements, it is suggested you use a graphic design professional to create your ad. Scene ad production assistance, excessive layout, copy changes or correcting poorly designed ad files subject to $40/hour charge ($20 minimum).
We do not offer preferential placement of ads. Positioning is determined during the layout process. We can, but not guarantee, position placement on right side or left side and below fold, but not on specific pages.
Resident Directory Advertising

The directory is printed in October and is available to Sunriver/Crosswater/Caldera Springs property owners in mid-November for $1.50 a copy.
A printed update is done in April/May.
Residents who would like their information published in the directory must fill out and submit this form by October 2.
