Staff serving in the various SROA departments do much
the same work as you might find in progress in any small town
government. Some of the property owner maintenance fees pay for the
following:

Accounting Department keeps
track of the association's $4 million annual budget including accounts
payable, receivable, replacements, reserves, contingency and payroll.

Administration General manager and staff work
with SROA Board of Directors and committees to provide services to
owners; legal expenses; insurance; human resources.

Communications Department produces the Sunriver Scene,
this Web site, Chambers Cable channel 4, Sunriver/Crosswater/Caldera
Springs resident directory, annual ballot packages, Sunriver map,
Sunriver marketing collateral

Community Development provides architectural review and property compliance services ensuring community appearance; contractor registration.

Environmental Services
directs ladder fuels reduction, forestry management, environmental
restoration and mosquito control; responds to wildlife issues.

Fleet Services maintains SROA's fleet of rolling stock (snowplows, graders, service vehicles) as well as providing contract services for repairs and maintenance of Sunriver fire and police vehicles and the La Pine Fire Department.

Public Works maintains Sunriver's 65 miles of roads, 33 miles of pathways, signage, parks, pools and common areas.

Recreation
operates the North and South pools, tennis courts, year-round
recreation programs for all ages, after-school programs at Three Rivers
School.
