The Sunriver Owners Association (SROA) operates a myriad of year-round and seasonal recreational amenities, including SHARC aquatics and a member pool, boat launch and tennis/pickleball facilities – all which require dozens of part-time and seasonal staff – especially during peak summer months. 

SROA also has full-time staff in a variety of departments to provide services to Sunriver property owners and visitors.  


Natural Resources Specialist

The Sunriver Owners Association Natural Resources Department is accepting applications to fill a full-time Natural Resources Specialist (NRS II) position. 
The NRS spends time in the office as well as out in the field, including visits to private properties and inspections of common areas. This position interacts with property owners daily via phone, email and in-person. Main duties include educating and assisting owners with general questions and compliance issues relating to the environment; inspecting properties for ladder fuels and noxious weed compliance; and issuing permits for tree removal and ladder fuels reduction work.
The SROA Natural Resources Department is highly collaborative - qualified candidates must be comfortable working both independently and on a team, and enjoy a variety of job responsibilities.
Qualifications
• Bachelors or Associates Degree in related field preferred, high school diploma or GED accepted with related experience
• Five years of natural resources experience or related field preferred
• Experience in general office procedures
• Skills communicating verbally and in writing 
• Skills applying policies & procedures and problem solving 
• Experience using computer programs 
• GIS experience preferred

Other Details
