SROA's 2024 Maintenance Fee is $159.51* a month
If your invoice shows more than this amount, it is likely you still are paying on the SHARC assessment and may also include the cost for fiber internet service.
Ways to Pay
- Mail: Send checks to SROA Accounting PO Box 3278 Sunriver, Oregon 97707.
- Drop off: SROA's admin office 8-5 M-F; foyer is open 24/7 and there is a secure drop box.
- Credit card: You can pay the following by accessing your online account (see instructions below). Credit card fees apply.
- maintenance fees
- annual long-term RV storage fees
- Fiber internet service
- SHARC assessment
- Monthly ACH electronic withdrawal: Contact the accounting staff for this option.
Access Your Account Online
Owners have access to an online Member Account Statement to view current and historical account activity and have the ability to pay via a credit card. Items viewable and/or payable online include maintenance fees, fiber internet service, SHARC assessment (if applicable), and RV space billing (if applicable). A 3% credit card processing fee will apply.
How to sign up to review your account
Please review the following details to ensure a successful sign up before you click the "View Your Account & Pay Online" button. You will need your seven-digit SROA member account number to sign up.
- Where is my member number? Your number is on your annual or monthly billing invoice. There are leading zeros on all numbers to reach the seven-digit Member Number. Please note: this number IS NOT the number on your Member Preference ID card.
- Name information: If you AND your spouse are listed on the property you will need to enter both names (ex. Robert & Jill Smith). The account is also case sensitive. If SROA’s records show you as Robert and you use Bob, it may not work. Properties with co-ownership will need to share/use the same login/password created by the primary owner in our records.
- Trusts: If your property is held in a Trust or LLC it will need to be registered by a SROA staff member. Please contact the SROA accounting department.
- Multiple-owner properties: Only one login allowed per property by a primary owner of record. If co-owners would like to view the account they will need to use the same login/password created by the primary owner.
Once you've read the instructions above you can now click on the "View Your Account & Pay Online" button.
This will take you to the member account portal to follow these steps.
Step 1: Click Member Registration (located below the login button, bottom right in box).
Step 2: Fill in your Member Number and first/last name. Click Validate. You will be directed to the next page to set a Username and Password.
Step 3: You will be sent a confirmation to the email on record. Note that it may take a couple of hours before your account history is fully loaded into the portal.

*SROA's monthly maintenance fee is set and approved each year by the board at the November board meeting. Up to a 6% increase is allowed annually without a vote of the owners.
