Recreation Access
For just over $6.50 a month, SROA members earn a plethora of discounts and access to a variety of programs with the purchase of an annual SROA Membership card.

Sunriver Area Discounts
Some Sunriver-area businesses may provide a "local owner" discount on products and services to those who show their SROA Membership card - JUST ASK!
Recreation Guest Passes
Each unit/property is eligible to receive 20 SROA Recreation Guest passes annually with at least one Membership card purchase. These passes can be provided to your friends and family.
Passes allow access to SHARC aquatics, tennis & pickleball court use (with reservation) and disc golf (all subject to seasonal availability). Passes also allow access to the fitness center at SHARC and Member Pool, ONLY if guest is accompanied by a Sunriver property owner with a valid Membership card, during facility use.
Membership Eligibility
Sunriver Property Owners
- Membership cards are available exclusively to Sunriver property owners within the boundaries of SROA.
- For properties owned by individuals, the owner(s) name(s) must match Deschutes County’s property records. Eligibility is extended to spouse/partner and dependents/children between the ages of 4 and 23 (children 3 and under have free access).
- For properties held by trusts or businesses (including corporations, partnerships and LLCs), supporting documentation naming all trustees, members, officers or owners of the business is required prior to card purchase.
- Can be renewed online starting in January for existing membership card holders.
Extended Household Card
$200 per person annual purchase (up to 6)
- Extended household members who are related to the member of record (adult children 24 and older, siblings, parents, grandchildren, in-laws) and those in the member's household are eligible for a non-transferable Extended Household card.
- Extended household designation must be made by the property owner of record each year. Payment due, in full, for each designated person with application submittal (if payment is not paid within 30 days the form will need to be submitted again). Contact Member Services for more information.
PLEASE NOTE: EXTENDED HOUSEHOLD CARDS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ONLINE RENEWAL.
Lost/Misplaced Cards
Did you lose your card or leave it at your other residence? If you can't find your card, it can be replaced for $100 at the Member Services office (it may require a new photo).
If you left it at your other residence and you still have it, we can provide you a short-term temporary card to make facility access easier.
