It is an owner's responsibility to conduct research, ask friends and neighbors for recommendations or references, read online reviews, check Oregon Construction Contractors Board, Better Business Bureau, etc. to decide if a particular contractor or service provider is the right one for their project needs.

If a project requires an SROA building permit and/or Design Committee approval, the contractor(s) must submit and pay for a Contractor Parking Pass Application. Parking passes will be valid within a calendar year and expire on December 31.

Any exterior project still requires prior approval by staff and/or the Design Committee and may require a building permit. Click here for more information or contact Community Development staff.
