To ensure an enjoyable community experience for all, there are some key rules everyone should follow.

	Quiet Please Quiet hours are strictly enforced 10pm - 7am. Take care while outdoors as laughter and conversation carries.
	No Smoking Other than on private property, smoking is prohibited except within a motor vehicle or when permitted by signs.
	No Outdoor Fires No firepits or open-flame fires. Gas, pellet or electric bbqs only.
	No Fireworks All fireworks (including safe & sane) are prohibited
	Parking All vehicles must park in the driveway or in a designated parking area only. Parking is not allowed along roadways or in common areas.
	Pathways Sunriver pathways are for pedestrians and non-motorized use only. Skateboards, hoverboards, rollerblades and throttle-controlled e-bikes are prohibited.
	Recreational Vehicles Motorhomes, campers, trailers or tents may not be used for overnight accommodations in Sunriver. RVs can be in a driveway not to exceed 48 hours within a 7-day period.
	River Access Available at Resort Marina, SROA boat launch (fee and access restrictions apply) and Canoe Takeout/Benham Falls only. All watercraft launch/takeout, parking or waiting in vehicles along any roads is strictly prohibited.
	Pets Pets must be attended at all times when not confined to a property. Keep pets under effective voice or leash control. Must have a leash in possession.
	Emergency Alerts  In the event of an emergency sirens can be heard when outdoors. To be notified during an emergency, sign-up for emergency text alerts by texting SRALERTS to 888-777.

Please recreate responsibly on the pathways by adhering to the following:

	Tunnel Etiquette  For the safety of pedestrians and cyclists, walk cycles through tunnels with gates.
	Passing Safely Pass safely on the left after giving an audible warning.
	No Skateboards, Etc. Skateboards, hoverboards, rollerblades/skates are prohibited on pathways.
	Motor Restrictions Class 1 pedal assist e-bikes are allowed. Throttle controlled class 2/3 e-bikes, segways and scooters are prohibited.
	Pathway Use Non-motorized cycles & pedestrian use only. Pathway speed limit is 15mph.
	Protect Nature  Ride/walk only on surfaced pathways - not on commons or roads.
	Helmets Required Helmets are required for riders and passengers under 16 years of age (Oregon state law).
	Yield People riding cycles must reduce speed and yield to vehicles at road crossings.
	Right-Hand Side  Ride or walk on the right-hand side of pathway.
	Right-of-Way Pedestrians and people walking cycles have right-of-way on paths and at road crossings.
	Cycling with Pets Pets must be secured in baskets or trailers; do not ride with leashed pets alongside.
	Reflectors Headlights and red reflectors from dusk till dawn.

Owners who use their home as a vacation rental have the opportunity to purchase into SROA's Recreation Plus Program – providing their vacationing guests access to some of SROA's amenities, including:

• SHARC: Indoor and Outdoor Aquatics only 
  (RPP cards DO NOT provide access to "members only" amenities such as the Member Pool, Fitness Center and Hosmer Living Room.)
• Disc Golf & Bocce Ball at SHARC
• SROA Tennis and Pickleball Courts (with reservation)
• SROA Boat Launch

The Sunriver Owners Association promotes a community of civility amongst its owners, visitors, staff and service providers. 

Read the Code of Civility. Any violation may result in a fine and/or suspension of recreation access privileges or, in the case of service providers, the ability to work within the community.

We expect all SROA members and guests to respect association staff and volunteers and other persons in the community regardless of their actual or perceived age, color, creed, disability, gender identity, national origin, race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation.

A vibrant, thriving community is made up of individuals who model these standards and hold each other accountable. In order for the community to encompass the goals outlined above, each individual must be responsible and accountable for her or his own actions and words.
