Capital & Reserves Projects

The association's "Reserve Fund" is basically a savings account. "Reservable" items are those with a replacement value cost of $3,000 or more and a 3- to 30-year lifespan.

A $30 portion of each property owners' monthly maintenance fee is allocated for the funding of reserve items and major capital amenity additions, replacement and/or improvements as well as infrastructure projects within Sunriver in accordance with the Infrastructure and Amenities Master Plan (IAMP).
