Send event information as early as possible (2 weeks prior to event date preferred to give folks time to plan to attend your event). If you send on a Wednesday and your event is Saturday, there is no guarantee it will be posted.
Events appear on the calendar once approved by staff (this may take several days).
Calendar lists only Sunriver-area events/meetings (exception is an SROA-related events held outside the Sunriver area)
Some clubs do not host regular events or meetings. Contact a club directly for more information.
