DIRECTIONS FOR APPLICANTS TO ATTEND VIRTUAL DESIGN COMMITTEE MEETINGS
1. Contact the SROA Community Development office no later than 48 hours prior to the meeting date, if you would like to participate in the virtual meeting
2. SROA will contact you with instructions to call in on the day of the meeting
3. You will have the opportunity to listen in on the Design Committee meeting workshop
4. You will then have the opportunity to ask questions or provide comments during the meeting when your project is being reviewed
5. At this time, we do not have the capabilities to provide audio and video to all participants, only audio
