An Appeals Board Hearing to review a decision rendered by the Design Committee on the application for a new home has been scheduled for the time & location noted above.

The Design Committee reviewed and approved with conditions the application for a new home on 8/14/2020.  The decision rendered was unacceptable to property owners other than the applicant.  Pursuant to Section 8.02b of the Design Committee Rules, a request to appeal the decision was filed to this office on 8/21/2020.

This notice was mailed August 25 to the appellant and all property owners within 300 ft. of the above property.  All interested parties are directed to the SROA website: www.sunriverowners.org. 

Options for participating are as follows:

1.    You can attend in person but space is limited – first come, first served (COVID protocols will be followed).

2.    Provide written comments 48 hours prior to the hearing to designinfo@srowners.org, which will be included in the record and provided to the Appeals Board.
