A virtual Appeals Board Hearing to review the decision rendered by the Design Committee on the application for a review of an “as built” dog run and 2nd level deck rail has been scheduled.

The Design Committee reviewed the application for as built conditions at 9 Quelah Lane and denied the submittal on December 22, 2021. The decision was unacceptable to the applicant who requested a re-review of the decision. The Design Committee upheld their denial of the application at the January 14, re-review meeting. The decision was unacceptable to the applicant. A request to appeal the decision was filed by the applicant and was received by SROA January 24.

A notice was mailed on January 27 (with the original Feb. 17 meeting date) AND February 3 (with the new meeting date) to the appellant and all property owners within a 300-foot radius of the above property.

DIRECTIONS FOR INTERESTED PARTIES TO ATTEND THE VIRTUAL APPEALS HEARING

1. Contact the SROA Community Development office no later than 48 hours prior to the meeting date, if you would like to participate in the virtual meeting
2. SROA will contact you with instructions to call in on the day of the hearing
3. You will have the opportunity to listen in on the Appeals Hearing proceedings.
