An Appeals Board Hearing to review the decision rendered by the Design Committee regarding the submittal for the applied truss/beam stain color has been scheduled for Thursday, May 19, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. 

The Design Committee reviewed the application for as applied conditions at 5 Mt View Lane and denied the submittal on 10/28/21. The decision was unacceptable to the applicant who requested a re-review of the decision. 

The Design Committee upheld their denial of the application at the 11/23/21, re-review meeting. The decision was unacceptable to the applicant. A request to appeal the decision was filed by the applicant and was received by this office 11/30/21. 

This notice was mailed on April 28, 2022, to the appellant and all property owners within a 300-foot radius of the above property.
