Design Manual Update Town Hall

The current SROA Design Manual is more than 35 years old and was written at a time when new home construction far exceeded home renovation projects. Recognizing the need to make changes and reflect today’s needs, a Design Manual Task Force has been working on updating/rewriting the entire document. 

The draft document is available for review HERE. Owners can submit any comments via email to infosroa@srowners.org

A virtual forum has been scheduled at 4pm on November 10 for interested owners to learn more about some of the proposed changes and how this will affect those considering a remodel or room addition, painting, adding a hot tub or deck or building a new home in Sunriver.

SROA Community Development department staff, and Curt Wolf, chair of the Design Committee, along with other members of the task force, will explain the proposed revision and answer questions.
