PROPERTY: #40 RED CEDAR LANE 

An Appeals Board Hearing to review the decision rendered by the Design Committee regarding the submittal for the applied exterior door stain color has been scheduled for Thursday, January 5, 2023, at 1 :00 p.m. 

The Design Committee reviewed the application for as applied conditions at 40 Red Cedar Lane and denied the submittal on 10/7 /22. The decision was unacceptable to the applicant who requested a re-review of the decision. 

The Design Committee upheld their denial of the application at the 11/11/22, re-review meeting. The decision was unacceptable to the applicant. A request to appeal the decision was filed by the applicant and was received by this office 12/7/22. 

This notice was mailed on December 8, 2022, to the appellant and all property owners within a 300-foot radius of the above property.
