DIRECTIONS FOR APPLICANTS TO ATTEND VIRTUAL DESIGN COMMITTEE MEETINGS
1. If the owner and/or contractor is not able to attend the meeting in person, you may email
designinfo@srowners.org no later than 48 hrs. prior to the meeting date to participate virtually via Zoom. Only owners and/or contractors with submitted items for this meeting may participate in the meeting virtually. All others who wish to attend the meeting must attend in person.
2. On the Wednesday prior to the scheduled meeting, SROA will contact you with instructions for joining the virtual meeting.
3. You will have the opportunity to listen in on the Design Committee workshop but cannot provide comment unless specifically called upon.
4. During the official Design Committee meeting you will have the opportunity to ask questions or provide comments when your project is being reviewed.
