An Appeals Board Hearing to review the decision rendered by the Design Committee regarding the submittal for a hot tub location has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.

The Design Committee reviewed the application for the hot tub location at 11 River Road and denied the submittal on May 12. The decision was unacceptable to the applicant who requested a re-review of the decision.
