PROPERTY: #11 RIVER ROAD 
An Appeals Board Hearing to review the decisions rendered by the Design Committee regarding the submittal of a landscape plan and exterior light fixtures, will be held Friday, January 12, 2024, at 1 :30 p.m. 

The Design Committee reviewed an application for exterior lighting at # 11 River Road and denied the submittal on 11/3/23. The decision was unacceptable to the applicant who requested a re-review of the decision. 

The Design Committee reviewed an application for landscaping in the Property Line Zone at #11 River Road and denied the submittal on 11/10/23. The decision was unacceptable to the applicant who requested a re-review of the decision. 

The Design Committee upheld their denial of the applications at the 12/8/23, re-review meeting. The decisions were unacceptable to the applicant. A request to appeal the decisions was filed by the applicant. 

This notice was mailed on January 4 to the appellant and all property owners within a 300-foot radius of the above property.
