An Appeals Board Hearing to review a decision rendered by the Design Committee regarding the location and quantity of 8 bollard driveway lights, will be held Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.                              

The Design Committee reviewed an application for the location and quantity of 8 bollard driveway lights at #11 River Road on 4/12/24. The application was denied. The decision was unacceptable to the applicant who requested a re-review of the decision.

The Design Committee upheld their denial of the application at the 5/24/24, re-review meeting.  The decision was unacceptable to the applicant.  A request to appeal the decisions was filed by the applicant with our office on 6/7/24.

This notice was mailed on June 26, 2024, to the appellant and all property owners within a 300-foot radius of the above property.  It will also be posted on the SROA website at www.sunriverowners.org.
