• The Sunriver Scene is direct-mailed to more than 3,900 Sunriver owners and to paid annual subscribers.
• An additional 3,000-7,000 copies (depending on the season) are distributed in and around Sunriver throughout the month, while supplies last (see distribution locations).
• The Scene is also posted on this website and shared via SROA's social media outlets including Facebook and Instagram.

The Scene is your best option to promote your business, organizations or event and
reaches anyone living, working, playing or visiting Sunriver! 

Ad Submission Requirements

• PDF ad files only (must be under 10MB)
• CMYK images, colors & 100% black only (no rich black)
• Ad images & logos should be high resolution jpgs (not pulled from the internet)
• Ad submission, changes, cancellation and payment is due no later than the 12th of the month

The following file types are not newsprint friendly.
If you do not understand these statements or don't have an ad designer, let us assist you with the creation of your ad.

• Ads created in Word, Publisher, Canva or Printshop (this is great for creating a flyer or poster to hang on a wall but not for newspaper or magazine print production)
• Flyers or posters. Ads must be correctly sized to Scene specificiations
• Low resolution photos, graphics or logos pulled off the internet
• Scanned/photo copied business cards, graphics, logos, etc.
• Jpg or png ad files
• Ads with Pantone or RGB colors
• Text in rich black

Display Ad Sizes

Sizes are based on column widths x inches in the sizes posted below. Ads must be sized appropriately to display correctly in our newspaper (and not all newspaper ad sizes are the same).
